I'm Kate, the founder of Dot's Counselling & Wellbeing. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported as we explore your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to build a trusting and empowering relationship with you, helping you navigate life's challenges and find clarity. With a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, I tailor sessions to your needs and am passionate about helping you grow. Whatever it is you're facing, I am here to support you on your journey.
